Radio Rayhana is the independent web radio of the city of Jendouba (Tunisia), founded by the Women’s association Dar Rayhana to report on the talents, experiences and realities of women and youth in this North-Western district of Tunisia.

In February 2018, Radio Rayhana and the NGO Cospe hosted a pilot workshop of Multimedia Storytelling conducted by Dr Barbara Spadaro and the photographer Mario Badagliacca for the AHRC Research Project Transnationalising Modern Languages (TML).

This event at the University of Liverpool features the experience of the workshop in the multilingual context of Tunisia. With the participation of:

Islem Taboubi (Radio Rayhana Jendouba)
Alessia Tibollo (COSPE Tunisia)
Mario Badagliacca (Artist in Residence of the TML Project)
Charles Burdett (PI of the TML Research Project)

The event continues with the launch of the exhibition ‘Italy is Out’ in the Language Lounge at 5pm. All welcome.
