We're thrilled to announce the next speaker in our Bringing the World to Liverpool series is Julian Frankum, CEO at RP International, who graduated from the University with an BSc Hons in Pharmacology in 1990.

After a brief spell selling medical equipment, Julian co-founded RP International which is a worldwide recruitment company specialising in technology in 1998.
RP International operates in over 100 countries worldwide with Julian being lucky enough to work in over 90 of these. The organisation now has offices across the globe including in places like Dubai, Germany, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Turkey, Australia, Singapore and the US.

Since moving permanently to Dubai in 2009 Julian has diversified the business to address the need for talent for industry agnostic digital transformation. In doing so he has developed a considerable network across the Middle East and Africa. Julian and his colleagues have placed over 10,000 employees in the industry and in doing so have irrevocably altered the course of their lives.

Julian will be discussing his career since graduation including what it's like running such a large, global organisation. Julian will also be answering audience questions on the day so it’s a great opportunity to gain insights from an industry expert.
